Referral program - Refer new clients to ColoriFilament.com
Terms and Conditions
General:
The ColoriFilament.com Referral program Offer (the “Offer”) is currently offered without a date of expiry.
Eligibility:
The Offer is available to all ColoriFilament.com Clients.
Participant Types:
Referrer: An existing Client who refers a new client using his/her Referral Program Link or its unique Referral Program Number (assigned to each ColoriFilament.com Client).
Referral: A new Client who has opened an Account with ColoriFilament.com using a Referrer’s Referral Program Link or unique Referral Program Number.
Reward:
A 6.31% commission (for the Referrer) and 6.31% discount (for the Referral) (the “Reward”) will be issued to the Referrer and the Referral; based on the Referral first total ordered products amount (Excluding taxes, shipping fees, etc).
For both the Referrer and Referral to earn the Reward, the Referral must complete the following actions (“All Actions”):
- successfully open their first ColoriFilament.com Account, and must never have had a ColoriFilament.com Account at any time previously,
- place a minimum US$1.00 order.
An account is deemed successfully opened when the Referral has satisfied the terms and conditions and the Account is without restrictions of any sort.
Limited Time Promotions
During limited time Referral program promotion periods, Referrers and Referrals may be eligible to earn larger Rewards and Referrers could exceed the Reward limit (if any). Details of such Limited Time offers will be set out in the promotions, and ColoriFilament.com Clients must satisfy all terms and conditions as described in those details.
Limitations:
Once the Referral Program Link or unique Referral Program Number has been submitted, it cannot be reversed.
Limit of one (1) Referral program enrollment Reward per Referral.
Except as otherwise provided, Referrals cannot combine the Offer with any other ColoriFilament.com enrollment offers; unless in a manner described in a particular promotional offer.
Should ColoriFilament.com be unable to run this Offer as planned for any reason, ColoriFilament.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way.
ColoriFilament.com reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. In the event of conflict, these Terms and Conditions will prevail over any of the contents of any brochure or other promotional materials advertising this Offer, except where otherwise stated.
ColoriFilament.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke this Offer for any Account holder it finds or believes to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the process, fairness, or integrity of the Offer.
The obtained rewards are valid for a (1) one year period from the date they were obtained. After that period, the rewards are no longer valid and can't be converted to a voucher nor applied to a purchase.
A voucher is valid for a period specified over the Terms and Conditions of Use of this site. After that period, the voucher is no longer valid and can't be applied to a purchase.
Vouchers may or may not be combined to other discounts or other vouchers. The cart manages vouchers and discounts before checkout.
This Offer may be suspended, modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.
You agree that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Any notice offered by us with respect to this Offer is deemed to be provided on the day it is posted on our website.
Reward Payment:
Rewards should be issued as a ColoriFilament.com voucher within 60 days of the Referral satisfying the requirements stated in this Offer. Such voucher is applicable to the purchase of 3d printer filaments, unless otherwise specified.
